At Linksman.io, we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions. Since our platform provides digital link-building and SEO-related services delivered through independent sellers, our refund and cancellation rules are designed to protect both buyers and sellers.
1. General Policy
- All payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge that our services are digital in nature and once delivered, they cannot be undone.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Cancellation of Orders
- Orders may only be canceled before the seller has started work.
- Once the seller has accepted and begun fulfilling the order, cancellations will not be permitted.
- Linksman reserves the right to cancel orders that violate our Terms & Conditions (e.g., fraudulent activity, prohibited content).
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The seller fails to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline.
- The delivered service is materially different from what was described in the listing.
- Linksman determines that the seller has engaged in fraudulent or unethical practices.
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
- The link or service has already been delivered as described.
- SEO outcomes (rankings, traffic, or sales) did not meet expectations, as these cannot be guaranteed.
- The buyer changes their mind after the service has been initiated or delivered.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
- In some cases, instead of a refund, Linksman may allow an exchange for another placement with similar criteria (e.g., niche, metrics, authority).
- Exchanges are subject to availability and at Linksman’s sole discretion.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly through the platform.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, Linksman’s support team will review the case and make a final determination.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.
